Privacy policy

This policy explains what Ase Cards collects why we collect it and the choices you have. We keep it to what we actually need to restore your cards and get them back to you.

1. What we collect

Account details. Your name and email when you create an account.
Order details. The number of cards your notes and the return shipping address you give us.
Payment. Payments are processed by Square. We receive a confirmation and a payment reference but we never receive or store your full card number.
Basic technical data. Standard request information such as your IP address which is used for security and rate limiting.

2. How we use it

We use your information to take payment generate shipping labels restore your cards send order updates and keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the services that run the shop:

Square to process payments.
EasyPost and USPS to rate and create shipping labels.
Supabase to host the database and accounts.
Resend to send order emails.
Vercel to host the website.

Each of these only receives the data needed to do its job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed to run the shop and to meet tax and record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your account and we will remove what we are not legally required to keep.

5. Your rights and choices

You can ask to see correct or delete the personal information we hold about you and you can close your account at any time. To make a request email hello@asecards.com from the address on your account.

6. Security

We protect the site with authenticated accounts row-level database rules rate limiting and other safeguards. Card numbers are handled by Square and never reach our servers. No system is perfect but we work to keep your data safe.

7. Children

The shop is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes take effect when posted here.
